At the craft and curio, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. SHIPPING POLICY
We offer reasonable shipping and handling on all of our products so we have incorporated packaging and handling cost into the price. We try to remain as competitive with these prices as possible.
Our other products may incur a shipping or freight cost depending on the item.
We do have some bulky and awkward items (like cauldrons, besoms and staffs) that may not be suitable or economical to ship.
We do offer local delivery or pick up where possible.
RETURNS
If by chance a product or item is not up to your standard or you are not satisfied with the quality - We offer refunds or returns on products within 30 days of delivery.
WARRANTY AT THE CRAFT AND CURIO
Our products are all organically grown, local (with the exception of exotic plants and resins like Rose of Jericho and Frankincense) hand picked, hand crafted and often up cycled, vintage and retro items, to be used for sorcery and tools in a normal respectful way. Our items may be more fragile and quite often have been renovated to be more robust than the items produced and imported from China, please use them wisely. The items are not toys. They are made for mature aged people and use and are not to be used by underage children.
We warrant that under normal use and circumstances our products will last. If the craftsmanship is not satisfactory please contact us for a replacement or refund.

In these times of data mining we honour your privacy and will never disclose or sell your details, information, product use, stories, or interaction with our website, social media or emails. No personal details or information are shown or published anywhere on our site, subscription emails or social media.
We only use third-party banking to verify payment, and only collect customers’ data to use for the log in of subscribed customers for your convenience and use it once your purchase has been completed.
