War Water

War Water

War water is used for protection, banishing spells, hexing and cursing.

This is rusty iron suspended in water with turpentine and sulphur.

War water seems to be a European contribution to hoodoo and traditional folk magick as The Roman God Mars is the God of war and his symbolic metal is iron and this is the main ingredient in War Water.
In the hands of a root worker this is a tool for laying tricks against an enemy by means of hostile foot track magick, causing "poisoning through the feet" which then makes everyone in the household quarrel and fight one another.  Conjurers have claimed that breaking a bottle of war water against the doorstep of an enemy will bring strife and sorrow to the enemy’s home.

To make this mixture stronger, add rusty nails and/or coffin nails, spanish moss and some of your urine, leave in the sun for a week. ONLY Open the lid in open spaces as it is quite pungent.
Decorate the bottle with black wax, symbols and sigils and do your bidding.
You can add nails from specific locations: a hospital to cause injury; a court house to make someone lose a court case; a jail to get someone arrested; the person's job site to make them get fired; a bank to make them bankrupt; or a graveyard, to ... well... you know..."

To use: shake the bottle and hurl it at the doorstep of your enemy, where it should break, leaving a rusty, dangerously sharp mess for them to step in.
