Hot Foot Hoodoo Powder 50G
Is there a person in your life that you just need to get gone? Maybe it’s a coworker you can’t stand, or a neighbor who blares music at 3 am, or just someone who is a toxic presence in your life.
It isn’t that you want the person dead, you just need them gone, right? An old Hoodoo trick using Hot Foot Powder may be just the answer you need.
Also known as Drive Away or Get Away, is used to rid one of bad neighbors and to cause ex-lovers to roam the world alone and unsatisfied. Use when you want to make someone leave you and stay far away!
Used in crossing powders, hot-foot powders, floor washes and burned as an incense to rid your home of negativity and malevolent spirits.
A traditional hoodoo recipe formula that is used to rid oneself or one's home of unwanted people, to send enemies packing, and to keep peace in the home by eliminating troublemakers.
Hot Foot powder is an old Hoodoo technique to get rid of an unwanted person that’s been around for over a century. You can use it to make your enemies up and move away, or to protect yourself from an unwanted guest, or even to drive someone out of your house who shouldn’t be there anymore. The best part is that it doesn’t cause them lasting harm. Think of it like the magical equivalent of a mosquito bite. It will distract them, and annoy them, and maybe drive them a little crazy, until they leave. Since it’s magic, and every situation is different, there’s no guarantee about how long Hot Foot powder will take to work. If you’re using it on a boyfriend you want to leave your house, and your life, it will work quicker than if you’re using it on a neighbor who has been in their house for years. And like with medicine, repeated applications may be necessary. There are also ways to add extra “oomph” to the magic, described below.
The History of Hot Foot Powder
In Hoodoo, foot track magic is where a person’s foot prints are used against them. Sometimes a magical substance is laid in the person’s path to “cross” them, causing them bad luck. Other times dirt from the person’s foot prints are used in spells. Adding footprint dirt to a spell is an incredibly powerful way to target someone magically.
Foot track magic made its way to America by the slave trade. African slaves brought their religious and spiritual practices with them to the American south, and over time these practices, including foot track magic, evolved into Hoodoo.
How to Use Hot Foot Powder
The most common way to use Hot Foot powder is to sprinkle it across a path of your target that you know they’ll walk over. This could be at their doorway, or where they work, or anywhere you can be sure of their path. It’s OK if other people walk across Hot Foot powder, because part of the magic of using it is telling the Hot Foot powder what to do.
When you’ve found the right place, sprinkle it while walking backwards.
As you walk, tell the Hot Foot powder what to do. Something like, “Hot Foot powder, I need Karen to move away. Don’t let her stay around here!” is fine, but of course adjust to your situation and do what feels right to you. The point of saying your intent out loud is to connect to the herbs in Hot Foot powder and make your intentions clear.
Some traditional Hoodoo practitioners will tell you to take an odd number of steps, like 5 or 9. Then turn around and walk away and do not look back.
If you can’t find a path you can be sure they’ll walk across, don’t worry, there are other options. For instance, you can sprinkle some in their shoes if you have access (maybe they live in your house or go to your gym).
If you don’t have access to their shoes and you can’t find a path they’ll cross, it’s time to use a candle.
- Carve their name into a black candle.
- If you don’t have a large enough candle to carve, you can write their name on a piece of paper and place it under the candle. Write their name 3 times in a column, and then turn the paper 90 degrees and write their name 6 more times, crossing the first 3.
- Put some Hot Foot powder into an oil, like olive or almond. Congratulations, you just made Hot Foot oil! Put a few drops of the oil on the candle, or use a paintbrush to dress the sides of the candle.
- Light the candle, and tell the Hot Foot oil what to do, just like with the powder.
- If you’re a Christian (even if you're not - the Psalms in the Bible are used by practitioners of every sort back ground - these incantations do not discriminate), you can also recite Psalm 35, which begins:
“Plead my cause, O Lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.”
If you’re trying to get rid of someone because they are a toxic presence to someone you love, you may first need to burn a Separation candle to break them up, and then follow up with Hot Foot powder.
You can also use it in more creative ways. You can sprinkle Hot Foot powder around your mailbox to keep bad news away, or put a sachet of it under your phone at night to prevent someone calling who is harassing you.
